How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Merida, Yucatan. We process orders Monday through Friday. All "Standard 3 to 5 day shipping" orders received will have a cut off time of 11:30 am and will be processed and shipped the same day to be received by the buyer 3 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed. Orders received after 11:30 am will be shipped the following day and will likewise be received by the buyer within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order was placed.
In case of paying for "Next Day" shipping, the cutoff time would be 2 pm. This means that all packages we receive before 2 pm will be received by the buyer the next day. If received after 2 pm, the package will be processed and shipped the day after the order is placed and will be received by the buyer 2 days after the purchase is made. This is due to the fact that the couriers have a cut off time of 4 pm for next day shipments. All packages that we take to the courier after this time, will be shipped by the courier the next day after they are received. As you can see, we have to work with the rules and schedules of the parcels. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
NOTE: Next day shipments are only made within Mexico.
Will I be charged taxes and customs?
For shipments within Mexico we do not charge any taxes or customs at all. Our prices are net and what you pay at the time of purchase will be the final payment, that is, no taxes or extra charges will be added.
Regarding international shipments. The prices shown on our site are tax free in U.S. dollars, which means that you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Related import taxes, duties and customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
